M\u00dc\u015eTER\u0130 taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan rezervasyon, s\u00f6zle\u015fme bedelinin tamam\u0131n\u0131n OTEL'e \u00f6denmesi ile kesinlik kazan\u0131r. \u00d6demenin tamam\u0131 yap\u0131lmadan rezervasyon kesinle\u015fmez ve OTEL'in rezervasyonu tek tarafl\u0131 iptal etme hakk\u0131 sakl\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.2. Kredi kart\u0131 ile yap\u0131lan online \u00f6demelerde M\u00dc\u015eTER\u0130, rezervasyon esnas\u0131nda \u00f6deme i\u00e7in kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 kredi kart\u0131n\u0131 veya kart\u0131n \u00f6n y\u00fcz fotokopisini OTEL'e giri\u015f (check-in) s\u0131ras\u0131nda OTEL yetkilisine ibraz edece\u011fini kabul eder. Bu, g\u00fcvenlik teyidi amac\u0131yla talep edilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.3. M\u00dc\u015eTER\u0130'nin , Online rezervasyon ve \u00f6deme sistemi arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla \u00f6deme yapmay\u0131 tercih etmesi halinde, \u00f6deme esnas\u0131nda kendisine ait kredi kart\u0131 bilgilerini \u00f6deme sistemine girece\u011fini, ba\u015fkas\u0131na ait kart bilgileri ile \u00f6deme yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 halinde sorumlulu\u011fun bizzat M\u00dc\u015eTER\u0130\u2019nin kendisine ait olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve OTEL taraf\u0131ndan hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde hizmet bedelinin iadesinin yap\u0131lmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kabul ve taahh\u00fct eder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00dc\u015eTER\u0130, Online \u00f6deme sistemi ile \u00f6deme yapmas\u0131 esnas\u0131nda M\u00dc\u015eTER\u0130\u2019nin kendisinden kaynaklanan hatas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 M\u00dc\u015eTER\u0130\u2019nin bilgi ve belgelerinin \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u015fah\u0131slar taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6\u011frenilmesi halinde M\u00dc\u015eTER\u0130\u2019nin u\u011frayaca\u011f\u0131 zarardan OTEL\u2019in hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde sorumlu tutulmayaca\u011f\u0131 M\u00dc\u015eTER\u0130\u2019nin kabul\u00fcndedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.4. M\u00dc\u015eTER\u0130 taraf\u0131ndan s\u00f6z konusu hizmetin ifas\u0131ndan sonra M\u00dc\u015eTER\u0130\u2019nin konaklama bedelini \u00f6demek i\u00e7in kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 kredi kart\u0131n\u0131n OTEL\u2019in kusurundan kaynaklanmayan bir \u015fekilde yetkisiz ki\u015filerce haks\u0131z ve hukuka ayk\u0131r\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 iddias\u0131 ile ilgili bankan\u0131n hizmet bedelini OTEL\u2019e \u00f6dememesi veya iade almas\u0131 halinde M\u00dc\u015eTER\u0130, itiraz edilen hizmet bedelinden ve her t\u00fcrl\u00fc zarardan rezervasyon tarihinden itibaren i\u015fleyecek yasal faizi ile birlikte sorumlu oldu\u011funu kabul ve taahh\u00fct eder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. \u0130PTAL, \u0130ADE VE DE\u011e\u0130\u015e\u0130KL\u0130K KO\u015eULLARI<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>5.1. \u0130\u015fbu s\u00f6zle\u015fme konusu rezervasyon, \"\u0130ADES\u0130Z\" ko\u015ful ile, \u00f6zel indirimli bir fiyattan sat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.2. M\u00dc\u015eTER\u0130, bu \u015fart\u0131 bilerek ve kabul ederek rezervasyonu tamamlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Rezervasyonun M\u00dc\u015eTER\u0130 taraf\u0131ndan herhangi bir sebeple iptal edilmesi, rezervasyon tarihlerinin de\u011fi\u015ftirilmek istenmesi, OTEL'e gelinmemesi veya konaklama ba\u015flad\u0131ktan sonra OTEL'den erken ayr\u0131l\u0131nmas\u0131 durumunda, \u00f6denmi\u015f olan toplam konaklama bedeli hi\u00e7bir ko\u015ful alt\u0131nda iade edilmez ve M\u00dc\u015eTER\u0130 bu durumu pe\u015finen kabul eder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. CAYMA HAKKI<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Mesafeli S\u00f6zle\u015fmeler Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi\u2019nin 15. maddesinin (g) bendi uyar\u0131nca, \"belirli bir tarihte veya d\u00f6nemde yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken konaklama ... hizmetlerine ili\u015fkin s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerde\" t\u00fcketicinin cayma hakk\u0131 bulunmamaktad\u0131r. M\u00dc\u015eTER\u0130, bu yasal d\u00fczenleme ve s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin 5. maddesindeki \"\u0130ADES\u0130Z\" ko\u015fulu uyar\u0131nca, rezervasyonu onaylad\u0131ktan sonra cayma hakk\u0131n\u0131 kullanamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve \u00fccret iadesi talep edemeyece\u011fini kabul eder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. TARAFLARIN HAK VE Y\u00dcK\u00dcML\u00dcL\u00dcKLER\u0130<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7.1. OTEL'in Y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckleri:<\/strong><br>OTEL, s\u00f6zle\u015fme konusu hizmeti M\u00dc\u015eTER\u0130'ye ay\u0131ps\u0131z bir \u015fekilde sunmakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr. M\u00fccbir sebepler (do\u011fal afetler, sava\u015f, salg\u0131n hastal\u0131klar, grev vb.) nedeniyle hizmetin ifa edilememesi durumu bu h\u00fckm\u00fcn d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7.2. M\u00dc\u015eTER\u0130'nin Y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckleri:<\/strong><br>a) M\u00dc\u015eTER\u0130, kendisi ve beraberinde konaklayacak di\u011fer ki\u015filer ad\u0131na i\u015fbu s\u00f6zle\u015fmeyi akdetti\u011fini, bu ki\u015filerin ad-soyad, T.C. Kimlik No gibi bilgilerini do\u011fru vermekle ve bu ki\u015fileri s\u00f6zle\u015fme ko\u015fullar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bilgilendirmekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc oldu\u011funu kabul eder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) M\u00dc\u015eTER\u0130 ve beraberindekiler, OTEL'e giri\u015f esnas\u0131nda ge\u00e7erli kimlik belgelerini ibraz etmek zorundad\u0131r. Ya\u015fa ba\u011fl\u0131 indirim uygulanan rezervasyonlarda, beyan edilen ya\u015flar\u0131n do\u011frulu\u011fu resmi belgelerle kontrol edilir. Bilgilerin yanl\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 halinde do\u011facak fiyat farklar\u0131 M\u00dc\u015eTER\u0130 taraf\u0131ndan OTEL'e giri\u015fte \u00f6denir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c) OTEL'e giri\u015f (check-in) saati en erken [14:00], OTEL'den \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f (check-out) saati ise en ge\u00e7 [12:00]'dir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>d) M\u00dc\u015eTER\u0130, konaklama s\u00fcresince OTEL'in genel kurallar\u0131na, yasa ve team\u00fcllere uymakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr. OTEL demirba\u015flar\u0131na, ortak alanlara veya di\u011fer misafirlerin m\u00fclk\u00fcne verilecek her t\u00fcrl\u00fc zarardan M\u00dc\u015eTER\u0130 do\u011frudan sorumludur ve olu\u015fan zarar\u0131 ilk talepte derhal kar\u015f\u0131layaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 taahh\u00fct eder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>e) M\u00dc\u015eTER\u0130'nin veya beraberindekilerin, di\u011fer misafirleri rahats\u0131z edecek davran\u0131\u015flarda bulunmas\u0131, OTEL'in huzurunu ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fini tehlikeye atmas\u0131 durumunda, OTEL, \u00fccret iadesi yapmaks\u0131z\u0131n M\u00dc\u015eTER\u0130'nin OTEL'den \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 isteme ve s\u00f6zle\u015fmeyi tek tarafl\u0131 feshetme hakk\u0131na sahiptir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>f) M\u00dc\u015eTER\u0130, yan\u0131nda bulunan bagaj, de\u011ferli e\u015fya ve ki\u015fisel e\u015fyalar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcvenli\u011finden kendisi sorumludur. Odalarda bulunan kasalar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 tavsiye edilir. Kaybolan, \u00e7al\u0131nan veya zayi olan e\u015fyalardan OTEL sorumlu tutulamaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>g) Konaklama paketi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda al\u0131nan t\u00fcm ekstra yiyecek-i\u00e7ecek ve di\u011fer hizmetlerin bedeli M\u00dc\u015eTER\u0130 taraf\u0131ndan OTEL'den \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f esnas\u0131nda \u00f6denecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>h) M\u00dc\u015eTER\u0130, havuz ve di\u011fer tesis kullan\u0131m kurallar\u0131na uymakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr. \u00d6zellikle re\u015fit olmayan \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n sorumlulu\u011fu tamamen ebeveynlerine aittir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. K\u0130\u015e\u0130SEL VER\u0130LER\u0130N KORUNMASI (KVKK)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">M\u00dc\u015eTER\u0130, rezervasyon s\u0131ras\u0131nda payla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 ki\u015fisel verilerinin ve beraberindeki ki\u015filere ait verilerin, hizmetin ifas\u0131, yasal y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerin yerine getirilmesi ve bilgilendirme ama\u00e7lar\u0131yla OTEL taraf\u0131ndan i\u015flenmesine, saklanmas\u0131na ve OTEL'in ba\u011fl\u0131 oldu\u011fu grup \u015firketleri, i\u015f ortaklar\u0131 ve yasal olarak yetkili kamu\/\u00f6zel kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131 ile payla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131na 6698 say\u0131l\u0131 KVKK uyar\u0131nca r\u0131za g\u00f6stermektedir.
