- PAYMENT METHODS
Our hotel accepts the following payment methods for online reservations:
Credit Card Payment: You can securely make a one-time payment with any Visa, MasterCard, or Troy credit card directly through our website. Our payment system is protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption and supported by the 3D Secure protocol to safeguard your information. Once your payment is successfully completed, your reservation is instantly confirmed, and the total amount will be charged to your credit card.
Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer): If you prefer, you can also pay the reservation amount via bank transfer or EFT to our account.
Important Note: For payments made via bank transfer or EFT, it is mandatory to include your reservation number and the full name of the guest in the payment description. Payments without this information may not be processed. Your reservation will be confirmed only after the payment has been received and verified by our team.
- RESERVATION CONFIRMATION (SERVICE DELIVERY)
Confirmation Process: Once your payment is successfully completed, your reservation will be instantly processed and confirmed in our system.
Confirmation Email: After your reservation is confirmed, a “Reservation Confirmation Document” containing all accommodation details (check-in and check-out dates, room type, payment amount, reservation number, etc.) will be automatically sent to the email address you provided during the booking process. This document serves as proof that the service has been delivered to you.
If the Email Does Not Arrive: If the confirmation email does not reach your inbox within 25 minutes, please check your “Spam” or “Junk” folder. If you still cannot locate the email, please contact us for assistance.
- PAYMENT MONITORING AND SECURITY
Failed Transactions: If your credit card payment cannot be processed due to any issue (insufficient funds, incorrect card information, connection problems with the bank, etc.), you will be notified with an error message on the payment page.
Information Verification: The validity of the email address you provided is verified through the automatic confirmation email sent after the reservation. It is important that your contact details are accurate so we can reach you if necessary.
Our Responsibility: We are committed to ensuring that all your payment and reservation processes are carried out securely. We also maintain this responsibility towards the banks and payment institutions we work with.
Please Note:
- The credit card used for online payment may be requested for verification during check-in at the hotel.
- All guests are legally required to present a valid identification document (Turkish ID card or passport) upon check-in.
